The need for good food
Would anyone like to move in with me and be my personal chef for a few days?
What I ate yesterday, in no particular order:
1) donut, glazed, raspberry
2) donut, creme-filled, Bismarck
3) cupcake, vanilla-frosted
4) Taco-Bell spicy chicken soft taco
5) Taco-Bell 1/2 lb cheesy bean and cheese (isn't that redundant?) burrito
6) 3 liters of diet coke (may be prone to exaggeration)
7) 3 lbs coffee mixed with water (totally accurate)
8) 1/2 lb Splenda (TM)
I think I need to start working on that whole 5-a-day thing. If I can't hit that, then maybe two-a-day. Or the dried fruit that comes in Fruit Roll Ups. Does that count?
Gee, it's no wonder why most PhDs have a gut the size of a small freighter.

1 Comments:
I have an especially hard time eating like I should in the winter.
Maybe a couple of big pots of soup are in order? You could make a bean/lentil soup and a pot of minestrone or otherwise vegetable-filled soup.
At least that way, the cupcakes and donuts wouldn't make you feel quite so guilty. :)
