P.S. - NYC/Long Island is always a good time and located idealy between NJ and MA... :-)
I had a teacher once who suggested that birth control be put in the drinking water, and you had to pass a test in order to get an antidote.
That would be a great idea. Wouldn't have to be difficult. More along the line of "keep your kids away from poisons and things that can cut off fingers."
