Oh good Lord, you're right. Sorry about that! For some reason I keep thinking Cate is older than she is and was born Jan 2006. Step right up to the clinician that can't do math! :-) Are y'all doing a first birthday party? Can the DINKs show up with a present for her, booze for you, and just drink?

And yes, Joy, I do have a thing for Steve Martin. Not a crazy stalker thing, or even a "wow, I really want to get with him thing," considering he's 4 years older than my father, but a crush that will go unrequited, since he's 1)famous, 2)old, 3)married, and 4)I'm married too. But a girl can admire from afar. :-)

You know, I don't know if we're going to do a party or not. I definitely want her to try cake for the first time, but other than that, I'm not sure. I should probably talk to Dave about that, shouldn't I?

Yeah, you might want to bring it up soon, before people show up on your doorstep with presents and wine. :-)
