Willpower
I need to stop eating junk food or start exercising on a regular basis. I have no idea how I'm going to do it. I've quit smoking cold turkey, so I know I have willpower, but I don't know where it is now.
At the end of the day, I want a grilled blue cheese sandwich with creamy tomato soup. I love donuts, ice cream, cake, and other yummy stuff that's bad for me. Has anyone out there managed to overhaul eating habits? Or start and stick to an exercise plan? Any ideas? Anything?

I've found that yoga helps quell anxiety and therefore balances out strong desires or cravings. It's easier to fulfill a craving without bingeing.
Herbal tea also can serve as a filler. Sometimes when I think I want something sweet (like as soon as it gets dark) I make a cup of herb tea or regular tea with some honey. I'm also a big fan of black licorice, which probably isn't great for me but is definitely better than ben-n-jerry's half baked.
I'm also trying to get off of sugar and heavy dairy consumption to try to clear up some acne and get me out of energy and lethargy swings.
